High Commissioner calls on Speaker Hon Abdulla Maseeh Mohamed
High Commissioner of India to the Maldives H.E Mr. Rajeev Shahare called on Speaker Hon. Abdulla Maseeh Mohamed on June 5, 2014.
H.E Mr. Rajeev Shahare expressed his felicitations to Hon. Maseeh on his election to Speaker of the 18th People’s Majlis, and discussed areas of mutual cooperation between the two countries.
Speaker Maseeh noted the long-term bilateral relations between Maldives and India. Discussions also progressed on parliamentary cooperation, and Hon. Maseeh briefed the Ambassador on the upcoming work of the 18th People’s Majlis.
